MOCA GA’s permanent collection contains over 1,000 works of art by over 250 Georgia artists from the 1940s to present. These two treasured collections feature the work by the most prominent Georgia artists and collectively chronicle the history of contemporary art in Georgia.
With the two most comprehensive collections of Georgia contemporary art in the state, Georgia Council for the Arts and MOCA GA’s joint exhibition will showcase the state’s finest works from the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
