MOCA GA Gala 2019
The Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia (MOCA GA) will host its Annual Gala on March 16, 2019 in Atlanta, GA. This event supports the Museum’s mission to collect, showcase and preserve the contemporary art of Georgia through its exhibitions and programming. The 2019 Gala will be a unique and elegant seated dinner in our large lower level galleries.
We are pleased to be honoring philanthropist, lifelong art enthusiast, and Native Atlantan Elkin Goddard Alston for her generous contributions to arts and culture in Atlanta. The lovely occasion will include music by pianist Valerie Pool and a delicious three-course meal by Affairs to Remember.
The Gala is the Museum’s largest fundraiser and will be supported by a fabulous host committee co-chaired by
Betty and Alston Glenn as well as numerous sponsors. As a reminder, the art auction is no longer a part of the Gala, giving us an opportunity to create a very different and special evening.
