Help make students free at MOCA GA!
YOU can help MOCA GA open its doors for all youth and college students FREE OF CHARGE! For just $5,000 per quarter, MOCA GA will provide free admission to students—introducing them to the talented artists working in Georgia! Our goal is to raise $20,000 to cover a full year of free admission for students. This will cover MOCA GA’s overhead admission costs and makes the arts more accessible for students in the area! Youth and students account for approximately 29% of the attendance at MOCA GA each year. Free admission will increase this number and engage students at schools and universities throughout Georgia.
The Museum has wonderful resources on site that are available for students, including a computer bank and full art research library as well as a wifi network for research or schoolwork. This free admission initiative will increase the awareness of Georgia’s contemporary artists to local students and tourists, increase the number of school groups that visit the Museum, and remove any financial barriers for students to interact with the local arts.
