Included with your Rental Fee
The standard rental fee includes the rental space and security personnel to help protect the art for up to 7 hours (which includes setup and cleaning time). This does not include chairs, tables, or decor (aside from the art, of course!). There is free parking available which grants entrance through the upstairs canopy or through the ramp on the rear side of the building.
Cost of Rental
Each event is priced according to individual needs and requests. For more information concerning rental fees, please send a request to email@example.com. Please mention the following:
- Possible date(s) of your event
- Number of guests
- Type of event
- If you have a specific space in mind
MOCA GA is happy to work with you to create an event that fits within your budget.
Contract and Deposit
Fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee is due upon receipt of the signed contract. The remainder fee and security deposit is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please read the contract carefully, noting unique MOCA GA policies and discuss your event thoroughly with the Museum’s Events Coordinator.
MOCA GA suggests choosing an experienced caterer from our approved list of caterers. Other caterers may be considered; an additional fee may apply. MOCA GA requires all events to be catered through a properly licensed and insured caterer. Certificate of Insurance from the caterer should be provided to MOCA GA at least one week prior to the event. The renter may provide alcohol, but must be served by a licensed caterer or bartending service.
NOTE: No red beverages of any kind are permitted, including red wine.
