Rosie Clark (b. 1925 in Marion, NC – d. 2016 in Clarksville, GA) rose to fame in the 1950’s as Atlanta’s “Miss Boo” on her television show for children. Alongside her beloved role, Clark also made a name for herself through her folk art. Clark’s works depicting animals combine her vibrant sense of humor with her love of all creatures.
