POSTPONED – MOCA GA’s 20th Anniversary Gala
Thank you so much for your commitment to MOCA GA in its 20th anniversary year! While we are excited to celebrate its 20th anniversary year, the health and safety of our patrons, artists, visitors, staff, and volunteers is our top priority. We are actively monitoring developments around the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and making adjustments accordingly as the situation unfolds. Currently, we are following updates from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Georgia Department of Public Health, The American Alliance of Museums, and local authorities to better understand its impact on Georgia.
In the interest of protecting our patrons, artists, volunteers and staff, we have decided to postpone the MOCA GA gala to a later date. As an institution that holds significant public trust, we must show sensitivity to this health emergency. Please stay tuned for more information about the new gala date.
We have asked all MOCA GA patrons, artists, visitors, staff, and volunteers to follow the preventative actions advised by the CDC to moderate the spread of the virus. We appreciate your understanding, and your support in maintaining a safe and healthy museum environment.
